Warranty Information

Emenee Products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Emenee will replace without charge any product found to be defective. This is the sole and exclusive warranty for Emenee products. Emenee expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied without limitation to the implied warranties or merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose. In no event shall Emenee be liable to it's customer service for any general, incidental, special or consequential damages, including any claims for lost profits, arising of or occasioned by a defect in any product. In no event shall Emenee be liable for an amount greater than the purchase price of the product. Emenee will not accept returns without prior authorization. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.
